a gem by the sea!
welcome drink beach towel complimentary breakfast
the owners offered me a welcome drink. It was a beer, such a nice touch. they also lent me a towel when i wanted to visit the beach. i also received a complimentary breakfast outside my room. It was a lovely surprise.
The carpets looked a little worn. A replacement would improve the overall appearance.

a good coastal gem
complimentary drink bacon roll friendly hosts sea views
i enjoyed the complimentary drink and the bacon & egg roll for breakfast it was delivered right to my room. steve and hannah were warm, flexible, and friendly hosts. the location was great and had magnificent sea views. i found the traditional english seaside guest house charming, i would definitely stay again.
the room showed a little wear, but it was clean and perfectly acceptable. the carpet seemed a bit old, but it didn't bother me much

a genuinely warm place to stay
welcome drink free breakfast great location free wifi
steve and hannah offered a welcome drink at the bar upon my arrival i enjoyed a glass of wine there i left something behind accidentally and steve arranged its return i used the table in my room to get some work done the room had free wifi. the free breakfast roll each morning set me up for the day the bar in reception was a nice touch too i also really appreciated being called by my name it felt personal. the location was great for accessing the gallery i visited the turner masterpiece. the room had all i needed for my stay
i did notice the carpets seemed a little worn it was a very minor thing though and did not impact my stay much.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast brioche (it came right on time). The location was ideal, about five minutes from the turner contemporary. The room had everything i needed.
The carpets looked worn and shabby. The mattress felt hard. It felt original to the house (an update would be nice).

The hosts were very friendly. They provided a lovely welcome. the location suited my needs well. i appreciated the very comfy and tidy room i had.
